- Professional (engineering background)
- Easygoing, fun, but disciplined lifestyle
- No smoking, no parties
- Walk a lot for health, no need for gym/pool
- Value predictability and cleanliness
Living style:
- Prefer home cooking (simple, healthy meals)
- Kitchen access and order are important to me
- Not a heavy or late-night cook
- Clean shared spaces after use
- Respect personal space and routines
What I’m looking for:
- 1 person only (not multiple housemates)
- Similar lifestyle: calm, responsible, cooks regularly
- Clean and respectful with kitchen usage
- Open to clear agreements (fridge space, cooking time, utilities)
Housing plan:
- 4-room HDB in Pasir Panjang / Queenstown area
- Total rent around SGD 3,000
- Split evenly (~SGD 1,500 each, plus utilities)
- Prefer older but functional unit with proper kitchen
