Interior design is modern and serene. Light cooking is allowed in dry kitchen with a massive community-oriented kitchen island. Washer and dryer are separate and the apartment has 24-hour security cameras at both entrances with finger print access only. No smoking and pets.
LOCATION
Convenient commute to SMU (13 min by direct bus), LASALLE, NAFA, Micron, NEC, Raffles Hospital (13 min by direct bus), Farrer Park Hospital (11 min walk) and CBD offices (16 min to High Street Centre, 18 min to Clarke Quay Central, 24 minutes to OCBC centre by bus and walking).
