Personal spacious toilet, queen size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Fast speed wifi provided. Can cook in the kitchen, washer machine, oven on sharing basis in the kitchen. High floor (11th floor) lift landing. Surrounded with many playgrounds, basketball court, and eateries, food courts and hawkers, ATM, clinics, childcare, primary and secondary school, wet market, NTUC, Giants are all within 3-5 mins walking distance. 3-4 bus stop away from Khatib and Yishun MRT. 15 mins to shopping mall, Junction 9 and North Point shopping mall. Neighbours are friendly and accommodate to each other. We have had many tenants staying with us for longer than 2 years but left because they have purchased their new flat/house or went back home country.
We are friendly and accommodating. We believe in being honest and be kind to everyone, we are both working adults with 2 school goer pre teens who loves outdoor. Our home is your home. We respect each and everyone and always open to suggestion and ideas to make our lives better and happier. Singapore is already a stress place to live in, so we try not to create stressful environment at home.
