This room is very beautiful, with lush greenery right outside the window, offering excellent privacy. It is located in River Valley, a quiet and peaceful area, and it is very convenient to take walks by the river.
There is a bus stop right downstairs, and Great World MRT is only about a 7-minute walk away. A shopping mall is also within a 5-minute walk, where you can find FairPrice, Little Farms, and Starbucks.
The housemates are all very friendly, and the landlord is very nice as well. The rent is all-inclusive, and maid cleaning service is also provided once every two weeks at no extra cost.
