Hey! I'm Marion, 30, Swiss living in Singapore 🇨🇭 I'm a content creator, so I'm out and about most of the day. I'd prefer someone who doesn't do home office, as I'm filming a lot at home.
I'm super clean and tidy, don't cook (microwave is my best friend 😅), and I'm not the party-at-home type. The apartment is brand new, I literally just moved in and bought everything from scratch, so everything is fresh and in perfect condition. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks (included in the rent) so common areas are always spotless.
The location about this apartment is really amazing:
2 min to Telok Ayer MRT
5 min to Chinatown MRT
6 min to Maxwell MRT
10 min to Tanjong Pagar MRT
Rent is:
SGD 2,850/month (Excl. utilities, which are approx. SGD 100)
