Room description
Common OR Master room in UE Square Residences in a 3 bedroom flat with a great big living space, separate kitchen, storage room. Condo facilities include good size swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts, gym. Super convenient location next to Fort Canning mrt and supermarket opposite. Either common room (with shared bathroom) or master bedroom (with en-suite) available (we are flexible in which rooms we have). Price estimates are $2,300 or $3,000 for common or master rooms respectively.
You’d be living with two guys who are in the other two rooms, both 35yo British. We are both pretty chilled and easy to hang out with. We have friends over occasionally for drinks/ films/ games, which we’d love you to join us for.
