An excellent en suite fully furnished bedroom with plenty of storage, 55" smart TV and large balcony access in the beautifully green and quiet luxury Mon Jervois condo (stunning pool and gym) in walking distance (7 mins) to Valley Point shopping centre.
Full use of fitted kitchen, washer, dryer and large double door fridge freezer.
The top floor/room is occupied by myself.
Sharing space includes dining area, living area, kitchen and balcony. No deposit required but rent paid up front monthly.
Rent includes all utilities, internet and weekly cleaner (room, bathroom and living space). Sharing with a working UK professional and a very friendly cat.
