Approximately 7-10 minutes to Haw Par Villa Circle Line (few bus stops to NUS, NUH, INSEAD, BIOPOLIS, Holland Village, Buona Vista, etc). 5-10 minutes bus ride to Kent Ridge bus terminal and 15 min to Clementi MRT and Jurong East Malls/ MRT terminal and 25 min bus to Vivo City. There’s also express bus to Central Business District (CBD). Walking distance to NUS, West Coast Park, Clementi Woods Park, West Coast Mall / market / Community Center; hawker centers; Sheng Shong; Cold Storage; McDonalds, Pasir Panjang food shops. Condo is owned by a professional couple. Free wi-fi and use of kitchen and appliances. House with balcony overlooking pool.
