I’m 43 years old, Chinese, and a Malaysian PR living in Singapore. I’m currently working full-time as an IT Support Specialist.

I’m single, clean, responsible, non-smoker, and easy-going. I’m looking for a comfortable and quiet room to rent for a long-term stay.

I usually work at the office from Monday to Friday, but sometimes (about once a week) I work from home. Occasionally, I may also need to work overnight from home, which is why I’m looking for a suitable and peaceful room.

I don’t cook, except for occasionally boiling water or preparing instant noodles. I would also prefer to use the washing machine 1-2 times a week.
