No attached/ en-suite toilet. Shared toilet in corridor.
Rent is $4900 for the house, divided by 3 tenants $1600. Likely to rise. Not inclusive of utilities (electricity, water). Utilities monthly to be shared amongst tenants.
Garden, kitchen, living area, garage etc available for tenants to use. Visitors allowed. Cooking allowed.
Sharing with 1 male tenant who travels a lot for work (hardly around), and looking to share costs for the house.
House has cats, not suitable for those allergic or intolerant to animals.
