The TWO rooms in the unit are suitable for expat couples WITHOUT children and foreigners (students inclusive). NO kids and/or pets are allowed.
IF you are considering relocating the foreign workers out of the clustered dormitories and accommodating them in two separate rooms in a condominium that is accessible to all parts of Singapore, the unit is available with effect from 6 January 2024. The price quoted is for each room. Nonetheless, if you intend to take two rooms, discounts per room can be discussed.
