Room description
Hola! I am looking for a single person to take over a spacious master room in a 2BR condo in Potong Pasir (strictly no couples). Rent is $2.3k/mth.
Move in date: 1 Jul 2024 or before (negotiable)
Lease term: Min 1 year, Max 2 years (longer lease preferred)
Rent: $2.4k/mth (nego) + wifi (20), utilities (50%) + AC
Condo: Moonstone View.
Comes with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & gym. Located near the Kallang River park connector where you can take a stroll, jog, rollerblade, cycle etc. It is in a very quiet area so your privacy and peace is assured. Pls note that this is an old condo and thats why it is spacious.
Master Room: Comes with inbuilt open-concept wardrobe, dressing table, study table, platform for mattress and spotlights. The room has a nice pool view and a lot of natural light. The attached bathroom comes with an inbuilt storage cabinet, huge bath area and bidet.
Hall & Kitchen: Very spacious with pool view and lots of natural light.
Flatmate: Only me in the common room having my own bathroom. I am a Singaporean female banker in my mid 20s. Feel free to cook and have your friends over, no weird rules. Prefer a non-smoker who is sociable and respectful of each others privacy.
Transport:
Potong Pasir mrt is 6mins walk or 1 bus stop away. Serangoon, Woodleigh, Boon Keng and Geylang Bahru mrts (yellow/ purple/ blue lines) are accessible within 10mins by bus and mrt. Lots of bus options that go to town.
Nearby:
Eateries, cafes, massage place are walking distance of 1-10mins. NTUC and Seng Siong: 10-15mins. NEX mall: 15mins by bus.
Viewings can be held weekend- preferably Sundays/ weekday night.
