Co-living space takeover. No agent fee. Near KOVAN MRT.

Room description

I'm looking for someone to takeover my room, it's a co-living space at 1O6 hougang ave 1. Rental at $1200/month (non-negotiable), current contract until 27/06/26. Not living with landlord.

A $600 one-time fee to me to take over the remaining rent for the next couple of months, which I believe is reasonable given the good rental rate, stamp duty and for all the stuff I have negotiated. Proof that I am actual tenant and the identity of landlord will be provided.

After 27/06/26, you can renew the contract for 6, 9, or 12 months, to be discussed directly with the agent. Likely you will be able to renew again too for $1200 every year. I have been staying 2 years+.

Rent includes

- utilities and wifi

- biweekly cleaning from a cleaner company (landlord pays)

- every 3-4 aircon servicing (landlord pays)

- toilet share with only 1 other house mate

Honestly this is like a studio living at a very good location, except toilet share with 1 other female house mate.

This room is fully furnished and no interaction needed with other house mates, as we all have a sink, fridge, washing machine, and induction stove in our room. It is included with the room except computer. Able to cook. Only for 1 pax. But can have visitors.

Very convenient location, 24 hours supermarket just under the block. 2 immediate coffee shop and a market just 2 minutes under the block. Short bus ride to MRT.
