long term rental is preferred!
located at serangoon north ave 4
15 minutes bus ride away from NEX & AMK (bus stop is right downstairs)
24/7 coffee shop, 7-11 and sheng shiong nearby
all utilities are included
the room comes with a bedframe, mattress, closet, studying desk + chair and a fan! (do note that there is no aircon)
no weird rules, just note that if you plan to have visitors do note they're not allowed to stay overnight
light cooking is allowed
bathroom is shared only with one other person, however do note that there is a cat :-)
