3 minutes walk to Boon Keng MRT, Bendemeer Market and Food Centre. 3 stops from Dhoby Ghuat MRT station. NTUC and Sheng Siong Supermarkets nearby. We have a bed space for one male available. Immediate move-in. No owners. Air-con with no restrictions on timing of use. Wifi available. Light cooking is OK but we don't cook ourselves with the abundance of food options around here. Even have a 24/7 Macdonald's and new coffee shop within a stone's throw. You would be sharing the room with 2 other male day-working room mates. We all like our house clean and it is normally very quiet and we all respect each others' spaces. Welcome to check out the place.
