Master Room in Condo with attached shower and aircon in Choa Chu Kang for a professional female is available. No landlord or other tenants staying on the property beside our family. Permission will be sought from the landlord for the tenant and identity proof needs to be provided.

We are a family of 3 (Dad, Mom, and Daughter) and a helper living in 4 room condo. House is well-appointed with a good size kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc. Cooking allowed. We eat ALL kinds of foods without any restrictions. Smoking and visitors are not allowed in the house.
