Hello there! I've got a common room available for rent from 29th September 2024.
The spacious room comes with a super single bed, Study table + chair, wardrobe cupboard, water heater in common bathroom and fan/aircon.
The place is situated 5 minutes away from Toa Payoh MRT, and 3 bus stops away from Braddell and Caldecott MRT. If you are a fitness enthusiast, there is a 24-hour gym located next to the block. There are convenient shops located at the block together with a clinic and a coffeeshop.
As far as cooking is concerned, light cooking is allowed. Kindly take note that there is 1 common toilet + bathroom only. Rent includes utility bills + wifi + use of washing Machine + air-con. Minimum stay is 12 months. First month Rent + 1 month deposit is required upon confirmation.
Stay in landlord and another housemate who are full time working professionals and no agent fees involved. If you're looking for a quiet place at a central location, kindly contact me. Female roommate preferred.
