I have a common room for rent in Jalan Membina, 5 minutes walk from Tiong Bahru MRT. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, writing desk and chari. It is suitable for a single lady who is clean and tidy. wifi and air-con are provided.

This place is easily accessible to everywhere in Singapore. It is two to four train stations to Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place, City Hall, Orchard, and Douby Ghaut. There are also plenty of buses available at Tiong Bahru Road, Lower Delta Road, and Jalan Bt Merah.

There are two coffeeshops just below the block, a 24-hour supermarket, or you can stroll 5 minutes to Tiong Bahru shopping mall and nearby eateries.

Including yourself, there will be total 3 ladies in this flat. You will be sharing bathroom with one other lady.

There is a helper who will clean the common area once a week. You'll take care of your own bedroom.
