Hi guys,

I've got a room (BLK 666a, Jurong West St 65) to rent out from Jan 1, 2024, which is currently being occupied by a mate from Germany. Let me introduce a bit about us - ppl who live in the house. We are currently 4 people from different countries (Singapore, Germany, Sri Lanka and Malaysia) living in a newly decorated house very close to Boonlay MRT - within 5-min walk (3 min to Jurong Point Mall, which is the business/entertainment centre of Jurong West). Since we come from different cultures, we always appreciate the cultural diversity in the house, so we expect our new housemate will share the same thoughts. Btw, my name is Alan, currently the head tenant of the house. I was studying in Australia before coming to work here at NTU as a research fellow. Since the German mate is leaving, we are recruiting someone new. The room/house is very well furnished so you don't need to worry about anything when moving in.
