Master Bedroom for Lease Takeover: Pasir Panjang (near NUS & West Coast Park)
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my spacious, fully-furnished master bedroom. It's a long-term arrangement (about 1.5 years), and since the rental agreement runs until the end of next year, the rent stays locked in. I'm only moving out because of an office relocation, and I'd love to find someone easygoing to take my place.
The neighbourhood is quiet and really well connected. You're within walking distance of West Coast Park, NUS, a few 24-hour restaurants, and bus stops with direct buses to HarbourFront, the CBD, and around the west. Nearest MRT is Haw Par Villa, about 7 minutes away.
You'd be sharing the apartment with two others: a working professional from India and a PhD student from China. Both are genuinely friendly, respectful, and easy to live with, so it's a relaxed and drama-free home.
