Hi! I’m Sharon, a friendly and responsible tenant from the Philippines. I’ll be moving to Singapore soon to pursue my Master’s in Quantitative Finance at SMU. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable room near an MRT station — ideally within 30 minutes of Bras Basah, City Hall, or Bencoolen.
I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and usually busy with school or part-time work. I enjoy a peaceful home environment but also love sharing occasional chats or meals with housemates. I value mutual respect, open communication, and good vibes.
My ideal place would be:
– Fully furnished (bed, desk, Wi-Fi)
– Near MRT and groceries
– Friendly, considerate flatmates
– Monthly rent under SGD 700 (own room)
