Privacy & Comfort: Air-conditioned. Being a corner unit, the windows do not face the corridor—enjoy natural light and ventilation with complete privacy.
Cleaning: Access to a robot vacuum for your room. I will clean shared spaces when I am home; Tenant just clean up after your own use.
Shared Amenities & Kitchen Access
Bathroom: Exclusive use of the apartment’s common toilet almost 100% of the time.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, air fryer, water dispenser, and washer-dryer unit. Cooking is welcome.
Storage: Dedicated kitchen cabinet/pantry space and shoe compartment provided.
