👥 **Your Flatmate**
You'll be sharing the communal spaces with a lovely working professional from the Netherlands in his mid-30s. He's super friendly, respectful, quiet, and tidy — very easy to live with!
📅 **Lease Details**
- Available from January 2027.
- Minimum commitment of **10 months**, until October 2027.
- When the lease ends, you and your flatmate can decide whether you'd like to renew it.
💰 **Deposit & Furniture**
- Security deposit: **S$4,800** (equivalent to one month's rent for the entire apartment).
- Utilities deposit: **S$250**.
- We furnished the apartment ourselves, so all the furniture is relatively new and in great condition. I'm happy to offer a generous discount on the furniture — we can discuss the details privately!
