Hi! We're a group of 3 male NUS PhD students from Russia looking for a 4th housemate to share a 4 bedroom apartment near NUS ≤30–40 min commute to NUS.
About us: Material Science and Engineering PhD students, quiet on weekdays, non-smokers.
What we need: air-conditioned unit, ≤30–40 min commute to NUS, HDB or condo — either works.
Budget per room:
• common rooms: SGD 1,300–1,350/month each
• master room: SGD 1,500–1,600/month
Move-in: Preferably within mid-August · Lease: 1-2 years, negotiable
