Hi! I'm Clément, a 24-year-old French AI engineer moving to Singapore for a permanent role at Thales in one-north, starting 1 October. I'll be arriving around mid-September and I'm looking for a room in a flatshare, ideally around Queenstown, Buona Vista, Dover or Tiong Bahru.
What I'm looking for: a place shared with working professionals — people who have their own busy lives and respect each other's space, but who are also up for a drink, a hawker dinner or exploring the city from time to time. Basically: independent flatmates, not ghosts.
About me: tidy, easygoing and reliable. No pets, stable income, looking for a 12-month lease. I keep common areas clean, I'm sociable without being invasive, and I'm told I make decent French crêpes.
