Room description

A private cosy room with a view of the swimming pool has become available as my current tenant got married and will be looking for their own space.

The place is located at the condo The Berth by The Cove inside Sentosa Cove with full condo facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq, function room and gym for residents.

The room is furnished with bed, table, wardrobe, blinds and block out curtains. Unit has washing machine, shared kitchen/ light cooking usage and shared fridge space. The layout of the house is elongated so each and every room is quiet and private.

We are looking for working professional flatmate who are clean and respectful of other flatmates space and hope to get like-minded flatmates to enjoy the resort living lifestyle rather than living alone.

This is a resort-like residence and is perfect for chilling out after a hectic day of work and the neighbourhood is great for active lifestyle and professional career networking.

There are regular taxis and shuttle bus service every 20 mins during peak hours and every 30 mins off peak from the condo entrance to Vivo City and Harbourfront, so it's pretty convenient to get on/off the island. It is also walking distance to nearby W hotel and Quayside Isle, marina, restaurants, pubs, beaches and Jasons/Cold Storage/7-Eleven supermarket so you can be an islander all weekend!

Tenancy is based on one months security deposit for one year tenancy. Utilities averages around $80+ dollars extra on top of the rent. There is free wifi available to use.

Do feel free to ask questions or arrange for no obligation viewing.

I can be reached by mobile/ sms or the website messaging. Thanks and hope you like the place.
