Full condo facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq, function room and gym for residents. The unit is equipped with shared washing machine, shared kitchen/cooking usage and shared fridge space. Utilities bill shared around 70-90$/ month

Existing flatmates are all working professionals and we are all respectful of privacy, clean, considerate and tidy flatmates. Looking for easy to get along with other people personality flatmate.

There are regular easy access to taxi services and regular shuttle bus service - every 20 mins during peak hours and every 30 mins during off peak hours to Vivo City/Harbourfront. Free shuttle bus service is also available from condo entrance to nearby amenities (Cold Storage, 7-Eleven, Jasons Marketplace) and Sentosa Island tourists attractions.
