The apartment is fully furnished by myself so care, maintenance and replacement is undertaken by all living here. Feel free to re-furnish the room as you wish at your own cost.
I'm a Singaporean that is well travelled and have lived a big part of my life in Melbourne Australia. I'm easy going, social, friendly and at the same time enjoy my own private time and enjoy the privacy of a home.
For respect of the rare privacy and to keep the space pleasant, I am looking for not more than person per room. As I work from home, that also works out better for the shared facilities during the morning if those preparing to go to work. Looking for mature and respectful individuals that will chip in and communicate openly keeping the environment respectful and considerate, clean and tidy and noise level maintained at a low on a weekday. While having guests over occasionally is welcomed, this is not a party house.
