Room description
Hello! My name is Teow Meng, my wife is Ivy . We are a married couple with a young son(14 years old). We live in an awesome flat in Bukit Panjang, an housing estate near Bukit Panjang MRT, Downtown Line (Blue Line).

We are renting out one room. Meant for one person only. Room dimension is roughly 3.2m by 2.9m.

This $750 room comes with a small catch.
+
The catch is some of my son's Lego and model collections are still stored in the room. So whoever rent this room will have to allow my son to go in occasionally to get his things. (I apologise ahead for that, and am grateful for those who are understanding about this.)

My son goes in to get his stuff only when you, the tenant, is not at home; and if you are at home, he will go in only with permission.

Whoever is renting this room uses all of the room except one cupboard (which contains my son's things)
The room is for rent at S$750 inclusive of utilities, no extra charges. This room comes with WiFi, fan and air-conditioning. This room has a bed, a half length mirror, shelves, table, chair, and a wardrobe.
Shared utilities with the rest of the house: Kitchen, common bathroom, refrigerator, washing machine and massage chair.

Public swimming pool and Gym, two large shopping centers. (15 minutes from flat by bus)

My home is right next to the nature reserve. If you like hikes, jogging and nature walks, Bukit Panjang is one of the best housing estates for these activities.

RENTAL CONDITION
Smoking NOT allowed. Alcohol drinks in moderation. Room need to kept clean (Hygiene really important to us). Low noise level after 9pm, especially on school nights.

Having good and understanding landlords makes you feel home after a long day’s of work.

Tyler rented my son's room for short stay of 6 months. He was chased out of his previous rental by a very unreasonable landlord. From his story I would say it was a landlord from hell. Luckily his best friend (who was staying with us at that time) recommended my place so he has a place to stay until he found another place.

It was a wonderful staying experience. Staying here is:
1) The unit is cozy and cooling (high floor with lots of windows) with lots of natural lighting and windy.
2) Friendly and considerate landlord and landlady.
3) Unit is Well kept and sparkling clean condition.
4) Walking distance to at least 5 food courts.
5) Very accessible (right in front of bus stop, walking distance to MRT and LRT)
6) Direct access to nature's walk (suitable for joggers, leisure stroll, adventure biking)
7) Grocer (Sheng Siong, NTUC) and wet market within walking distance.

Moving into Ivy and Meng’s place is one of the best decision I have made. They are very caring and warm people who welcome me like part of the family. I have been blessed with Ivy’s “simple” cooking that always extremely delicious (she said it’s simple but I think it’s a masterpiece).
The unit is very cozy and clean. It is also quite accessible to bus stop and LRT. My favorite would the 24 hrs Sheng Shiong (local supermarket chain) nearby to get groceries whenever you want.
Definitely recommend this place, don’t miss out!]
