Perfect for WFH, people who like to cook, have friends over, or need lots of space for workouts / activities. The apartment is 2000 sq ft! Massive and bright living room, dining area seating 6+ people, full kitchen with oven, laundry room and service balcony. Private lift landing too.
Excellent location; you can find everything you need in the area (Paya Lebar / Geylang), and it's super easy to get to town etc from our place. 24h mini supermarket across the street, MRT green and yellow lines, buses straight to City Hall.
International housemates, mix gender, all working professionals around early to mid 30s who travel a ridiculous amount. Everyone's friendly and helpful, it's like a supportive family environment. We also keep the place clean and respect each other's needs.
There are 4 bedrooms in the apartment. Yours will be one of the common rooms sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. Rent is $1650 a month, inclusive of utilities, wifi, and cleaning. Aircon servicing and other maintenance would be split equally.
